Each session challenges you to improve your technique, discipline, and self-defense abilities. On Thursdays, our 7 PM class offers Weapons & Self-Defense training for ages 13+ and advanced belts. Join us Monday through Friday and take your skills to the next level!

Black Belt Class | 8:30–10:00 AM
Open to Deputy Black Belts and above, this class focuses on advanced techniques, leadership skills, and precision training. Students will refine their forms, sparring, and board-breaking skills in a challenging, high-level environment designed to elevate their mastery and confidence.

From White Belt through Red/White, students will be evaluated on fundamentals, forms, techniques, memorization and overall progress. Show off your precision, technique, and style in our Taekwondo Forms Competition! Students of all ages and belts are invited to demonstrate their skills in front of judges and fellow classmates. It’s a great way to challenge yourself, gain confidence, and celebrate the artistry of Taekwondo. Step onto the mat and let your forms shine!
Black Belt Testing
Deputy Black Belt and Black Belt Candidates
This testing session includes both the required pre-test between belt levels in addition to the official belt rank examination. Candidates will be evaluated on oral presentation, advanced curriculum requirements, technical precision, endurance, and mental focus as they progress toward or within the black belt ranks. This evaluation reflects long-term dedication, discipline, and mastery of Taekwondo.
